40's Vintage Engagement Shoot : Annee + Scott
W
hen I first met with Annee and Scott, I knew the engagement session would be an absolute breeze. These two are nothing but GORGEOUS people with beautiful smiles. I felt so honored to photograph them!
Annee's Dad was kind enough to allow us to use his old vintage planes and cars for their engagement session. The second I walked up to his airplane hangar, my mouth was WIDE open. I was almost drooling with excitement to use all these amazing props.
We started with the Texan T-6 and then moved on to all the FABULOUS cars. With each prop,...

I
met with Kendra and her mom a few months back at Starbucks to chat about wedding photography. They were both so sweet and talkative that it was easy to fall in LOVE with the both of them. I wasn't able to meet Justin until the engagement shoot, but I was SURE he would only be the NICEST guy.
We finally met at the DC Ranch Market Place to begin the shoot and I Immediately fell in love with the both of them in front of the camera. Kendra and Justin are the EASIEST couple to work with in front of the camera. They both smiled the entire time...

I
first met Whitney at Ashley and Steve's wedding. She was one of Ashley's bridesmaid's. When Whitney called to tell me she wanted to meet because she was engaged, I knew I just HAD to work with her. She is adorable, sweet, and just darn beautiful!
We met at the The Royal Palms Resort for the beginning of the engagement session and I was IN LOVE with the location. Not to mention, Whitney's AMAZING outfits :) ( Stylized by Alex Evjen!!) It was OBVIOUS how in love these two are. It was fun watching Cory interact with Whitney behind the...

hey met salsa dancing with friends a few years ago. Luis had his eyes set on Sarah as she danced the night away to the loud spanish tunes. After some time passed, Luis mustered up enough courage to talk to Sarah after a little nudge from a friend. They talked, exchanged numbers and it was history from there.
I met Sarah a few months back with her mom to chat about wedding photography. I immediately knew I wanted to work with Sarah from the start. Shes the SWEETEST person and such a joy to be around. We seem to even have a bit in common...
View Full PostPhoenix Engagements : Beth + Austin
I
met Beth a few weeks back over coffee to chat about wedding photography. She was sweet, easy to talk to, and a bit quiet. But the second she started chatting about Austin, she lit up. I didn't have a chance to meet Austin until the shoot, but it was no surprise to me that he was as sweet as Beth had said at our meeting.
I just LOVED how this engagement session turned out. Beth and Austin are gorgeous, the location was beautiful and the light was perfect. I am so grateful to be working with such awesome people.
Austin and Beth, you two...

his past week, Stephen and I had the opportunity to photograph two of the NICEST people. Ali and Adrian are sincerely genuine, caring and simply adorable together. We met downtown for the session and worked our way to a nearby park where the sunset was gorgeous after a long week of rain. We had been crossing our fingers for a clear day and gratefully, we got it!
Ali and Adrian, thank you for being some of the most genuine people we have worked with. I adore you two and cannot WAIT for your wedding this fall. To see more of the engagement...
