Daisy and Jim : Santa Monica engagements

When I first met with Daisy and Jim, I fell in love with their sweet sweet love. It was adorable how much they admired each other and I wanted to be a part of their wedding day!!
Thankfully it worked out :) Jim currently lives in Santa Monica so it seemed fitting to have their fabulous engagement shoot along the ocean and gorgeous cliffs that overlook the Santa Monica pier. We laughed with each other as we chatted about photo shoots and how sometimes it's just plain awkward. It can be so hard to feel comfortable in front of the camera but Daisy and Jim definitely looked AWESOME.
As we walked the beach with their adorable old fashioned red kite, we chatted about how Daisy and Jim met. It was 2002 and Jim was a sophomore and Daisy was a senior. He asked her out over their sponge bob square pants commonality with a smile. Daisy said "I thought it was strange," but she gave him a chance and it looks like sponge bob square pants helped win her over.
After the shoot we drove over to Jim's FAVORITE sushi restaurant for some good food and good lovin company. Daisy and Jim, I feel so blessed to be apart of your engagement and wedding day. Thanks for being SO awesome!
